We do not store contact form messages in an on-site message database. Messages are delivered by email to our support inbox and may be retained by our email provider.

The Mac app sends anonymous product analytics, such as app launches, video-load outcomes, preview and export outcomes, trial state, purchase-page clicks, and license activation outcomes. Events may be queued while offline and sent later. We don't send your videos, filenames, file paths, license keys, or email address in these events.

Clean export credits and restore links
If you buy clean export credits, billing is processed by Stripe. We store limited billing metadata so we can provide paid exports and restore unused credits when needed.
To restore access, you can request a one-time email link. These links expire quickly and can only be used once. When a restore link is used, the previous active device session is invalidated.
Free-plan usage limits are stored in your browser. We use a secure session cookie to support watermark removal access when applicable. We also store which purchased export credits have been used so the same credit cannot be spent twice.
