Uploaded source videos are processed to generate your boomerang export. All media is deleted from our server immediately after processing.

If you contact us through the site, we receive the email address you provide and the contents of your message so we can respond.
We do not store contact form messages in an on-site message database. Messages are delivered by email to our support inbox and may be retained by our email provider.

Watermark removal subscriptions and restore links
If you upgrade to watermark removal, billing is processed by Stripe. We store limited subscription metadata (such as plan status and customer/subscription identifiers) so we can provide paid features.
To restore access, you can request a one-time email link. These links expire quickly and can only be used once. When a restore link is used, the previous active device session is invalidated.
We also use cookies to support watermark removal access and free-plan usage limits, including an anonymous device cookie and a secure paid session cookie when applicable.
